CRUZ IS INSECURE ABOUT HER ACTING

Oscar winner PENELOPE CRUZ is plagued with insecurity and fears she'll be fired from every movie she makes.
The actress admits she makes herself miserable stressing and worrying about every project she takes on - even after she scooped the Best Supporting Actress Oscar earlier this year (09) for her role in Vicky Cristina Barcelona.
Cruz says, "Every time I make a film, I feel like it's my first time... I always think they could fire me. I've ruined my own happiness and created problems with my friends because of this tendency. It takes discipline for me to stop worrying."
