VANILLA SKY stars TOM CRUISE and CAMERON DIAZ are set to reteam for moviemaker JAMES MANGOLD's upcoming action comedy.
Cruise is close to signing on for Wichita, in which he'll play Diaz's on/off lover - an international spy.
Sources tell Daily Variety the superstar and Diaz have approved the script, and their deals are in advanced negotiations.
