CROWE BANNED FROM PUB

RUSSELL CROWE has been banned from his local pub in England after a falling out with the landlord.
Gladiator star Crowe has relocated to Windlesham, Surrey to be near the set of the new Robin Hood epic, Nottingham.
Britain's Sunday Express reports Crowe fell out with the management at The Brickmakers in Windlesham, when they asked him to leave the pub after licensing hours had finished.
A witness tells the paper that Crowe offered money to be allowed to stay and drink, but he was refused and promptly banned from returning to the establishment.
The source says, "It's just not the way we do things here. Eventually he left, but not before smashing a plate."
A duty manager at The Brickmakers has confirmed the Hollywood star had been banned. He said, "It's not the only place he has been barred from. There are at least two others (pubs) I know of; one here in Windlesham and another in Sunningdale."
Inn-loving Crowe could now head for a more apt pub on the outskirts of nearby Guildford - the Robin Hood, which is just miles from where he has been filming battle scenes.
The landlord of the pub says, "We haven't seen Russell and his castmates in here. To be honest, we didn't even know they were filming nearby. They're more than welcome."
