Rocker SHERYL CROW split from Texan LANCE ARMSTRONG last year (FEB06), but returned to the state Wednesday (07MAR07) to look for a new boyfriend. The 43-year-old singer appeared at the Houston Livestock Rodeo Show to make up for an appearance she cancelled last year (06) after learning she had breast cancer. Crow told the rodeo crowd, "My sister said I needed to come out here and just say it: 'I'm looking for a cowboy! I'm not giving up on Texas - yet!'" Amid cheers, the singer/songwriter then launched into her hit ARE YOU STRONG ENOUGH TO BE MY MAN? and yelled mid-way through the song, "Anybody up for the job?" Crow told her Texan fans she was using the concert to mark a special anniversary: "This is a real special night because this time last year I got diagnosed with breast cancer and we couldn't come and we were so disappointed." Although Crow seemed to be looking for a new boyfriend, she recently admitted she was in a relationship, but wouldn't reveal her new partner's name to protect his privacy.
