CROW: 'CANCER MADE ME A BETTER PERSON'
Musician SHERYL CROW credits her battle against breast cancer with making her a better person - because it gave her a reason to cry.
The All I Wanna Do hitmaker admits the disease changed a number of things about her - including what she ate and how she dealt with her emotions.
Crow revealed that she always tried to put on a brave face - but cancer made her realise she could open up and express her feelings.
She says, "If I was angry or sad, I let myself cry. I spent days crying. I allowed myself to open up. I used to think people only loved me when I was achieving, and I began to understand that the real people - my close friends and family - loved me whatever."
