CROSBY SUPPORTS LOWE IN NANNY BATTLE

Legendary rocker DAVID CROSBY has waded into the legal battle between actor ROB LOWE and the nanny accusing his wife of sexual harassment.
The couple's former child minder Laura Boyce is suing the couple, claiming Sheryl Lowe frequently walked around naked and also quizzed her about the size of her African-American boyfriend's penis.
The Lowes have denied the claims, and Crosby has filed a declaration backing their side of the story, based on time he spent with the family in Hawaii last year (07).
He claims, "Laura Boyce was open about her personal life and dating preferences and freely discussed that in front of my wife and me.
"(She) stated on several occasions that she only dates 'black guys' because of their 'c**ks.'"
Another family friend, Heather Melchiori, has filed a declaration claiming that during a lunch date "Laura began bragging about the size of her boyfriend's penis. Laura said that her boyfriend was an African American athlete."
Rob Lowe is also being sued by a second nanny, Jessica Gibson, who accuses the actor of groping her and exposing himself to her.
He is countersuing Gibson, claiming she used the claims to try and extort money from him.
