THE HILLS star AUDRINA PATRIDGE can breathe a sigh of relief - the man she has accused of stalking her has been thrown behind bars in California.
Zachary Loring was arrested by cops in Sonoma County on Tuesday night (15Sep09) on two outstanding warrants for vandalism and disturbing the police.
He was previously taken into custody in late August (09) after he was found trespassing on the reality TV star's property - the third time he had appeared on her doorstep in a week.
Patridge was granted a restraining order against Loring last week (11Sep09), but he is currently being held in jail on other charges not related to the wannabe actress.
He has not been granted bail and is due in court on Friday (18Sep09), according to TMZ.com.
