Outspoken rocker WAYNE COYNE is sure to have a confrontation with BOB DYLAN when the folk-rock legend tours with THE FLAMING LIPS later this summer (06) - after attacking the LAY LADY LAY singer in a magazine article. Asked for his opinion about Dylan in a new Rolling Stone feature, Coyne holds nothing back, insisting the rock hero has lost a lot of fans because he refuses to give them what they want. He rants, "What can an 18-year-old possibly care about a wrinkled-up old man with a pencil-thin moustache hunched over a keyboard. "I mean, have you seen Dylan lately? You can't recognise a single song he plays anymore. "It's like you order a pizza and Dylan brings you a pile of dog food, and you're like, 'What's this? I ordered pizza.' And Dylan says, 'This is my version of pizza.'"
