COWELL BUILDS TANNING SALON IN MANSION

SIMON COWELL is sparing no expense while building his dream home - the music mogul has splashed out on a professional tanning salon for his $21.7 million (£15 million) mansion.
The American Idol judge, who is said to be worth $188 million (£130 million), paid $11.9 million (£8.2 million) for the Los Angeles property two years ago (07).
Since then he has spent millions on renovating the two-storey property - even installing a solarium adjacent to the master bedroom with a full-length tanning machine and a smaller facial tanner.
And Cowell, 49, has also allocated one room in his Beverly Hills mansion to his ex-girlfriend, Terri Seymour, who he split from in November (08).
A source tells Britain's Mail on Sunday, "Simon has the master suite but Terri still has her own room and walk-in closet. She says she plans to stay over, even though she has her own place less than five minutes away. They are still really good friends."
