COURT DATE FOR CYRUS 'STALKER'

A man accused of harassing MILEY CYRUS is due back in court on Friday (30Oct09) - just two days after he escaped charges for allegedly attempting to stalk the HANNAH MONTANA star.
A grand jury at Chatham County State Court, Georgia ruled on Wednesday (28Oct09) there was insufficient evidence to indict Mark MCLeod, 53, on felony charges of attempted stalking.
He was arrested twice this summer (09) for hounding the Disney star on the set of her latest movie The Last Song.
But MCLeod now faces misdemeanour charges of attempted stalking and disorderly conduct, and is due before a State Court judge in Savannah, Georgia on Friday.
The 16-year-old star was granted a temporary restraining order against MCLeod in August (09).
