CORNELL PULLS OUT OF SUNSET STRIP FESTIVAL SURPRISE

Former AUDIOSLAVE star CHRIS CORNELL pulled out his surprise performance at the inaugural Sunset Strip Music Festival in Los Angeles on Saturday night (12Sep09) due to scheduling conflicts.
Despite appearing on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien on Friday night (11Sep09), the rocker had to let organisers of the festival down.
The three-day event was opened and closed by Ozzy Osbourne and featured performances by former Kiss star Ace Frehley, Korn and The Donnas.
