LATEST: Illusionist DAVID COPPERFIELD has cancelled upcoming shows in Southeast Asia following an FBI search of his Las Vegas warehouse. The magician is at the centre of an FBI investigation after a Seattle, Washington woman accused him of raping her in the Bahamas. The 51-year-old was due to perform in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore in the coming weeks, but cancelled on Sunday (21Oct07).- despite claims earlier this weekend (21-22Oct07) the scheduled performances would go ahead. Meanwhile, FBI agents have denied seizing $2 million (GBP1 million) in cash during the raid on the warehouse on Wednesday (17Oct07). Seattle FBI Special Agent Robbie Burroughs says, "No currency was seized during our investigating activity in Las Vegas."
