COOK ACCUSED OVER DOG MESS

Comedian DANE COOK has angered his neighbours - by allowing his dog to defecate near his Los Angeles home.
The 35-year-old is facing eviction from the home he shares with his girlfriend after his landlord filed a complaint with the courts.
A source tells New York gossip column Page Six, "Neither he nor his girlfriend pick up after the dog. They've sent him three notices so far over the last year warning him he'll be evicted, and they have video. The neighbours all hate him."
But Cook denies he has failed to clear up after his pet, Beast.
His spokesperson Ina Treciokas says, "Dane vigorously denies the allegations in the complaint and is looking forward to complete vindication through the legal proceedings."
