CONNOLLY'S EX WAS HOOKED ON HE'S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU BOOK

ENTOURAGE star KEVIN CONNOLLY was well-versed with self-help book HE'S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU before starring in its big screen adaptation - his ex-girlfriend repeatedly quizzed him about the break-up manual. The actor couldn't escape the handbook, which advises women baffled by aloof men to move on, because his ex wore out her copy grilling him about the dating dilemmas it described.
He recalls, "I had an ex-girlfriend that had it sort of placed on the nightstand, like the Bible... asking me strange questions in the middle of the night."
And Connolly, who co-stars with Scarlett Johansson, Jennifer Aniston and Drew Barrymore in the film, inspired by the book, admits he was shocked by the cruel male behaviour it detailed: "At one point, when she (ex-girlfriend) wasn't there, I kind of said, 'I've got to see what's going on over here.'
"I took the book and kind of leafed through it and said, 'OK, now I get it. Now I see what she's complaining about.'"
