CONNERY SET FOR ROME HONOUR
Scottish actor SIR SEAN CONNERY is set to be honoured for his lifetime achievements at the Rome Cinema Fest in Italy in October (06). The former BOND star, 75, will pick up the Acting Award at a special ceremony at the beginning of the 13-21 October (06) event. Connery's movies FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE, MARNIE, THE MAN WHO WOULD BE KING, THE NAME OF THE ROSE, THE HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER and FINDING FORRESTER will be screened for a retrospective of his career during the festival.
