CLOONEY'S APPEARANCE STIRRED UP E.R. SET

E.R. castmembers were so excited when GEORGE CLOONEY returned to the hit show, they ruined his dramatic comeback scene.
The actor, who found fame playing Dr. Doug Ross in the long-running series, returned for the final episodes of the medical drama's last season, and co-star Lisa Cardellini reveals she and her castmates couldn't contain their excitement during their first scene with him.
Cardellini says, "We actually got in trouble doing that take 'cause the director was like, 'Cut, cut! Can you guys not be so excited when the doctor walks in the room?', so we had to redo the scene."
The final episode of E.R. airs in America on Thursday night (02Apr09).
