CLOONEY PROPOSITIONED AT VENICE FILM FESTIVAL

GEORGE CLOONEY was in for a shock when he appeared at a press conference in Venice, Italy on Tuesday (08Sep09) - he was propositioned by a male stripper posing as a reporter.
The Hollywood star is at the Venice Film Festival to promote his new comedy The Men Who Stare at Goats - but he was the one left laughing when a fan managed to sneak into the media event and proceeded to shed his clothes as he professed his love for the actor.
Ripping off his shirt, the man shouted to a bemused Clooney, "Please, take me George!"
The good-humoured star played along with his daring fan and even jokingly praised the man's dress sense, telling him, "You know, the tie looks good!"
The unidentified male was promptly escorted from the premises by festival security.
