CLOONEY MOURNS BELOVED PIG MAX
GEORGE CLOONEY is struggling to cope with the loss of his beloved pet pig MAX and insists his house has not been the same since his death.
The Oscar-winner's eyes welled up with tears at Monday night's (04NOV06) Hollywood premiere of his latest movie THE GOOD GERMAN when the subject turned to his beloved pet.
When asked how he was coping, Clooney told American publication People, "I'm good.
"I just got home this morning, or this afternoon, so it's strange not having him sitting on the carpet in the house, but, you know...sad, actually."
The 300 pound (136 kilogram) pot-bellied pig passed away last week (ends03DEC06) and had lived with the actor for the past 18 years in his Los Angeles home.
The actor has said he has no plans to replace his beloved pig and was overheard at the film's premiere discussing plans for Max's cremation.
