CLOONEY LOANS ITALIAN RETREAT TO BECKHAM

British soccer ace DAVID BECKHAM has moved into GEORGE CLOONEY's luxury Italian villa.
The Los Angeles Galaxy star is calling the Lake Como retreat home while he plays on loan for Italian club AC Milan.
Beckham and Clooney have been friends since last year (08), when they were introduced by fashion designer Giorgio Armani at the Met Ball in New York.
And they have grown closer since Beckham's move to Italy in January (09) for the two-month stint, with Clooney offering up his residence to the sports star while he's away, according to Hello! magazine.
