CHURCH GRIEVING AFTER CANCER BOY DIES
Welsh singer CHARLOTTE CHURCH is devastated after a young cancer sufferer she befriended died yesterday (23OCT06). The VOICE OF AN ANGEL star gave ALEX SADDLER an electric car on his third birthday in June (06). The boy was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer when he was a one-year-old. Doctors didn't expect him to live for as long as he did. Church says, "I'll never forget the way he beamed when he saw the car. I feel desperately upset."
