CHIU-WAI BREAKS ARM FILMING LEE MOVIE

Chinese actor TONY LEUNG CHIU-WAI is sporting a broken arm after he injured himself while practising fight scenes to portray kung-fu legend BRUCE LEE in a new movie.
The star is set to play the martial arts expert in director Wong Kar-Wai's forthcoming film about Ip Man - who trained Lee as a teenager - and has been in training for the upcoming action sequences.
But during a nasty training session with his instructors on Monday (13Jul09), Chiu-Wai broke a bone in his left forearm, according to his publicist Agnes Leung.
He has been ordered to rest his arm for several weeks, but can still practice his kicks for filming of the fight scenes - which may now be delayed following the accident.
