CHICAGO'S `LOST' ALBUM RELEASED AFTER 15 YEARS

A lost CHICAGO album is to be released 15 years late.
Stone of Sisyphus was recorded by the soft rockers in 1993 but a disagreement with record label bosses led to the project getting shelved - until now.
Chicago bandmember James Pankow insists the album was "a little too adventuresome" for the group's then-record label bosses at Warner Brothers, and they chose not to release it.
The trombonist says, "They were expecting another If You Leave Me Now or Hard to Say I'm Sorry."
But the album was politically charged.
Pankow adds, "They asked us to go back and do it again and we said, `Sorry, this is where we're at.'"
Trumpeter Lee Loughnane adds, "We had finished and released 21 previous recordings, so I guess the shock of our first rejection took a little time for us to get used to."
The album was released by Rhino Records on Tuesday (17Jun08).
