CHEVY CHASE ATTACKS VINCE VAUGHN

Comedy star CHEVY CHASE has hit out at comparisons between him and VINCE VAUGHN, dubbing the OLD SCHOOL actor a "refrigerator repairman". Vaughn and regular co-stars WILL FERRELL and STEVE CARELL are often likened to Chase, because they have taken on the kind of comedy roles the 62-year-old made his own in the 1980s. But the FLETCH star insists he has never seen any of Vaughn's movies. He tells PageSix.com, "I saw a commercial with, JENNIFER (ANISTON) What's Her Name? from FRIENDS, and some guy. I had never seen him. I don't know who the f**k he is. He looks like some refrigerator repairman."
