Singing superstar CHER is so desperate to sell her sprawling Malibu, California estate, she has slashed $4 million (£2.67 million) off the asking price.
The 14,000 square foot mansion boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a tennis court, private cinema and swimming pool.
It originally went on the market for $45 million (£30 million), but the Believe hitmaker has trimmed down the asking price to $41 million (£27 million) to help find a willing buyer.
