The hit theme to 1980s sitcom CHEERS has topped a new poll of beloved U.S. TV tunes.
Songwriters Gary Portnoy and Judy Hart Angelo's Where Everybody Knows Your Name beat the Suicide Is Painless theme from M*A*S*H and the tune to Sanford + Son in the new Paste magazine survey.
Also showing up in the top 10 are the themes from All In The Family, Hawaii Five-O and Gilligan's Island.
