MEAN GIRLS star LACEY CHABERT is developing plans to become Hollywood's latest celebrity restaurant owner after failing to find her favourite Cajun cooking in Tinseltown. The Purvis, Mississippi native's father is French Cajun and she grew up eating spicy seafood dishes - something she misses when she's away from home. She says, "One of my dreams is to have a Cajun restaurant in LA. Jambalaya, gumbo, crawfish etouffee... and I make a mean fresh peach cobbler."
