CELEBRITY CONTESTANTS REVEALED FOR COMIC RELIEF DANCE SHOW
Dragon's Den judges, comedians and TV presenters are among the lineup for a new dance series for Comic Relief.
Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden and Duncan Bannatyne will don their dancing shows for Let's Dance alongside the likes of Robert Webb, Paddy McGuinness and Leigh Francis, it was announced today.
Children's TV hosts Dick and Dom are also signed up, as well as Jo Brand and team of eight ex-Blue Peter presenters, including Anthea Turner, Tim Vincent and Peter Purves.
The show, to be hosted by Claudia Winkleman and Steve Jones, will run over four weeks from late February, culminating in a final dance-off on Red Nose Day weekend.
The competitors - split into a mix of solo dancers, duos and groups - will take on iconic dance routines from films such as Saturday Night Fever and High School Musical, as well as classic songs such as Thriller and Baby One More Time.
Strictly Come Dancing's Anton du Beke is to chair the judging panel and, after a public vote, send a total of six acts through to the charity final on March 14th.
