Designer ROBERTO CAVALLI has slammed reports DAVID and VICTORIA BECKHAM are house-hunting in Los Angeles. The Italian fashion guru, who counts former SPICE GIRL Victoria as one of his muses, was under the impression the couple were looking for a swanky New York pad, and not a Californian home. The WANNABE singer was spotted viewing lavish properties in the star-studded area of Beverly Hills, California, earlier this week (ends09DEC06), including one house close to new pals TOM CRUISE and KATIE HOLMES. But Cavalli says, "I thought they were looking for a house in New York."
