LATEST: EMMA BUNTON shook off her ankle injury to take to the stage for the SPICE GIRLS' first U.K. concert in nine years - with the help of specially designed shoes by ROBERTO CAVALLI. The singer took a tumble during a show in Las Vegas on Tuesday (11Dec07) and twisted her ankle but she was determined not to let the sprain prevent her from performing at London's O2 Arena on Saturday (15Dec07). And fashion mogul Cavalli - who designed all of the costumes for the band's world tour - was on hand to help Baby Spice get back on her feet. Bunton says, "Roberto's absolutely amazing. He's made me a pair of padded boots and a pair of soft sandals so I can get through the concert."
