CARTER REVIVES CABARET SHOW
WONDER WOMAN star LYNDA CARTER is set to return to her musical roots, when a revival of her cabaret show hits the New York stage later this month (Oct08).
The American actress and singer - best known for her role on the iconic 1970s superheroine show - toured her cabaret act across the U.S. last year (07).
And Carter took leave from the stage to record her second solo musical release following her tour dates - but the star insists she's eager to tread the boards once again.
She says, "I started professionally at 14, and I went on the road at 17... When I first went back to singing it was frightening, but I'm so at the starting gate. Every time I go on the stage I feel like I just can't wait to get out."
Her show will debut at New York's famous Feinstein's at Loews Regency theatre on 21 October (08).
