CARRADINE HONOURED BY U.S. TV EXECUTIVES
U.S. TV executives will pay tribute to DAVID CARRADINE on Tuesday (09Jun09) after airing an episode of small-screen drama [MENTAL], guest-starring the late actor.
The Kill Bill star was found hanging in a hotel room in Bangkok, Thailand on Thursday (04Jun09), aged 72.
Local reports suggested he committed suicide but a statement from Carradine's representative indicates the actor may have died when a solo sex act went wrong.
An official cause of death has yet to be released; but executives at Fox network are pushing ahead with plans to air Tuesday night's new episode of Mental, a drama about an unorthodox mental health doctor played by actor Chris Vance.
Carradine makes his cameo as a famous professor, author and philosopher who's left catatonic when struck by lightning in the show.
A Fox spokeswoman confirms an 'In Memoriam' card honouring Carradine's life will air when the episode concludes.
