CAREY TO SING AT JACKSON MEMORIAL

MARIAH CAREY will sing the JACKSON 5's I'LL BE THERE at MICHAEL JACKSON's memorial in Los Angeles on Tuesday (07Jul09), according to reports.
The pop superstar enjoyed success with the Berry Gordy-penned tune after she performed the song as part of her MTV Unplugged show in 1992.
Fans are waiting to hear if they've been lucky enough to land tickets for the memorial at the Staples Center as WENN went to press. More celebrities, including Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, Justin Timberlake and Usher, are reportedly set to perform at the event.
