CAPRICE LOSES $1.8 MILLION BELT BUCKLE

Californian model CAPRICE BOURRET causes chaos in a Johannesburg, South Africa nightclub on Wednesday (09AUG06) when she lost a $1.8 million (GBP1 million) tanzanite and diamond belt buckle. The former SURREAL LIFE reality star, 34, realised the buckle was missing during a night out at the Sandton nightclub and over 2,000 clubbers were banned from leaving the venue and searched. Fortunately, one of Bourret's minders found the buckle in the ladies toilet. Her spokesman says, "It was found by one of her security guards in the ladies toilet when they retraced her steps through the night."
