CABRERA'S BIRTHDAY TREAT FOR NEIGHBOURS

RYAN CABRERA made sure there were no complaints about his rowdy birthday bash from his neighbours earlier this month (Jul09) - the singer offered to put them up in nearby hotels for the night.
The pop star turned 27 last week (18Jul09) and marked the occasion by throwing a lavish party in Las Vegas, followed by a second bash a few nights later at his California residence.
And Cabrera made sure his celebrations at home would not be broken up by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) - by kindly offering residents on his street a night in a hotel to avoid disturbing them.
A source tells New York Post's gossip column PageSix, "Cabrera went around to each of his neighbours' homes, alerting them of the upcoming party and offering to put them up for a night in a hotel so they wouldn't call the LAPD."
