CABRERA SUED OVER DOORSTEP SLIP

Singer RYAN CABRERA is facing legal action from two girls who allege they suffered serious injuries after falling over on the star's doorstep.
Claudia Abraham and Mary DiPersio claim they offered to give Cabrera a lift home last November (08) following a night out at a bar in Burbank, California.
The girls allege they were invited into Cabrera's home, but on their way out they slipped and fell on his driveway which was "littered with leaves and debris, and contained unsafe, slippery tiles."
The lawsuit claims Abraham suffered "major brain trauma injury, requiring multiple surgeries, and was in a coma, near death", while DiPersio received injuries to her face, head, neck and hands and also required surgery, according to TMZ.com.
The pair is suing for unspecified damages.
