BYRNE 'LOOKS AT WORLD FROM DIFFERENT ANGLE'
Brian Eno has been talking about the experience of working with former TALKING HEADS frontman David Byrne.
The pair recently recorded a new album EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS WILL HAPPEN TODAY the first time they have collaborated since 1981's LIFE IN THE BUSH OF GHOSTS.
Eno praised Byrne's unique voice, explaining that he thinks it has improved after some 35 years in the music business.
"His voice is beautiful at the moment. I think his voice is better now than its ever been, because it has a sort of tenderness as well as the slightly spikey, geeky thing that it always had in the past," he told the BBC.
"But the thing that's interesting of course is what he decides to look at and write about. He doesn't see the same world as people do, he looks at the world from a different angle," he added.
The first single, Strange Overtones, is now available as a free download from the album's website.
