BUSTED IN ROYALTY BUST-UP
Defunct British boy band BUSTED are facing a $19 million (GBP10 million) royalty battle with former members who claim to have written three of the pop punk outfit's key singles.
Ex-Busted bandmates Ki Fitzgerald and Owen Doyle claim to have scribed the songs What I Go To School For, Sleeping With The Light On and Year 3000 which all gained top three status in the UK charts.
The disgruntled pair are bringing ex-Busted counterparts Matt Willis, James Bourne, and manager Richard Rashman to court in the case which is set to begin in February (08).
A source tells the Daily Star, "Potential witnesses are likely to include the likes of Simon Cowell who knows a lot about Busted."
