BURNS & PARTNER 'ARRESTED' AFTER BUST-UP

Singer PETE BURNS and his husband were reportedly arrested in the early hours of Tuesday morning (12May09) following a bust-up during a night out in London's Soho district.
The former Dead Or Alive singer and partner Michael Simpson were spotted being bundled into the back of a police van in the British capital's West End.
It is thought the pair became embroiled in an argument and were restrained by cops.
A spokesperson for Burns was not available as WENN went to press.
Burns was arrested in 2006 for assaulting Simpson in a drunken, jealous rage in the same area of London after the singer spotted his partner with another man.
The pair entered into a civil partnership in 2007.
