BURNS' MOVIE IS FIRST TO PREMIERE ON ITUNES
Actor/director EDWARD BURNS made cinematic history on Tuesday (20Nov07) when his new movie, PURPLE VIOLETS, became the first feature film to premiere exclusively on iTunes. Burns' film is available on the download website for $14.99 (GBP7.50), and the filmmaker is pleased the two-hour film can reach a large audience via cyberspace. He says, "You don't need to be sitting in a massive theatre to experience two people sitting on a park bench trying to figure their lives out."
