BUNDCHEN WEDDING SHOOTING SPARKS POLICE INVESTIGATION

Police have launched a full investigation following reports GISELE BUNDCHEN and TOM BRADY's security guards opened gunfire on a pair of photographers at their Costa Rica nuptials.
The couple wed for a second time in a sunset ceremony at Bundchen's home in the Central American country on Saturday (04Apr09).
Yuri Cortez, who was taking pictures from afar using a long lens, claims a bodyguard employed by the pair accosted him and demanded he hand over the memory card from his digital camera.
The snapper, who insists he never stepped onto the venue grounds, refused and left the scene in his Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV).
Cortez claims the security team then opened fire on his vehicle - with the bullets shattering the car's windows.
According to Costa Rican police spokesperson Mario Sanchez, a report was filed in the incident and an investigation will begin after all files are reviewed.
Sanchez reveals authorities will pursue a case against the security guards depending on the evidence found. They will pursue interviews with those present on the night of the incident - including the newlywed couple.
But Brady and Bundchen are unlikely to be held responsible for the guards' actions, reports People.com.
The Brazilian model first wed the American football star in an intimate ceremony in February (09), but the pair tied the knot for a second time in front of family and friends this weekend (04Apr09).
There has been no comment from the newlyweds' camp on the alleged incident.
