BUBLE KEEPS THE VAMPIRES OFF THE TOP OF THE U.S. ALBUM CHARTS
Singer MICHAEL BUBLE has kept THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON soundtrack off the top of the U.S. album charts.
The crooner's Crazy Love album debuted at number one last week (14Oct09) and a few vampire songs weren't enough to challenge his impressive 203,000 second-week sales.
The Twilight Saga: New Moon enters the new Billboard chart at number two with 115,000 copies sold. The album was rushed forward from its original 20 October (09) street date to a release on Friday (16Oct09) in an attempt to combat leaks.
Former chart-toppers from Jay-Z (The Blueprint 3) and Barbra Streisand (Love Is the Answer) round out the top four with Miley Cyrus' The Time of Our Lives returning to the top five at five.
The Flaming Lips' Embryonic and Mario's D.N.A. also enter the new top 10 at eight and nine respectively.
