BROWN: 'DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CLASSES ARE ENJOYABLE'

Disgraced R&B star CHRIS BROWN is enjoying the domestic violence classes he was ordered to take as part of his sentencing for beating ex-girlfriend RIHANNA - because the lessons are teaching him how to control his temper.
The singer is currently serving hard labour in his native Virginia after pleading guilty to attacking his ex during a row about a text message from a mystery woman - and he admits the group classes he was forced to take as part of a plea deal are teaching him a lot about himself.
In a new interview with MTV, which aired in America on Friday (06Nov09), the Kiss Kiss hitmaker said, "I do my domestic violence classes. They actually help. People always say, like, 'I don't need therapy... I don't wanna do that,' but I actually enjoy it.
"I enjoy being able to learn about anger and learn how to... control different things, because you look at situations every day that kinda get you heated at a point - and it's about your decisions and your choices that you make that change it.
"Being able to understand that and kinda realise that, at the end of the day, not doing the extreme is always the best... It actually helps you go into, like, dissecting what went wrong; what sparked this, what sparked that. Now I have a better understanding of it... Now you gotta really think before you do something."
