British actress KELLY BROOK has received a grovelling apology from a British newspaper after they falsely claimed she had gone on a secret date with her ex-boyfriend JASON STATHAM. The SMALLVILLE star, who is engaged to Hollywood hunk BILLY ZANE, was furious when the Sunday Mirror alleged she gone behind her fiance's back to have an intimate date with her action star ex. They also maintained Brook confessed to Statham and her parents that she sees no real future with the TITANIC star. The paper have apologised and agreed to pay the British beauty damages and legal costs.
