Model/actress KELLY BROOK hates the amount of effort it takes to look her best, because achieving a flawless look is "painful". The British beauty is particularly incensed about maintaining her looks on the beach, because keeping her bikini line trim is such a chore. She says, "Believe me, it's the most painful thing in the world. "The worst bit is the ingrowing ones (hairs) you have to pop out with a tweezer afterwards. They are killers. This is what us girls go through for men - they really should be more appreciative."
