BROOK BUSTED FOR CELLPHONE OFFENCE

BILLY ZANE's model girlfriend KELLY BROOK has been stopped by police after she was caught talking on her cellphone while driving.
The British star was pulled over by cops in Kent, England last week (ends 03Aug08) after she was spotted chatting on her phone while she was behind the wheel of her silver SUV (sports utility vehicle).
A source tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "The officers didn't treat her differently than anyone else. Kelly became really tearful and seemed incredibly embarrassed. She was apologising over and over again."
The act of using a cellphone while driving was outlawed in the U.K. in 2003 and offenders face a $160 (GBP80) fine.
