BROLIN FEARED NEW FILM WAS TOO RISQUE FOR STREISAND

Veteran actor JAMES BROLIN was so uncomfortable with the risque language littered throughout his new comedy THE GOODS: LIVE HARD, SELL HARD, he refused to tell his wife BARBRA STREISAND about the part he was filming.
Brolin stars alongside Jeremy Piven and Ving Rhames in the film, about a used-car salesman who is hired to save a flailing auto dealership.
Piven reveals the script is so full of adult references, even 69-year-old Brolin was left blushing - but Streisand loved it.
He tells New York Post columnist Cindy Adams, "(The movie)'s a bit raunchy. Also, the language is racy. James Brolin said he wouldn't even tell his wife the kind of role he was shooting. But then we had a private screening, and Barbra Streisand laughed the loudest."
