Oscar winner ADRIAN BRODY has added blue streaks to his hair in the hope the new look would inspire him to drive faster.
The Pianist star adopted the odd new do to give him the edge in the recent Long Beach Grand Prix in California, where he took part in a pro-celebrity race.
He says, "I figured the blue would give me a little extra racing stripes."
But the car-mad actor's new look failed to give him the boost he needed and he admits he did "not so well".
The race was won by Keanu Reeves.
