BRAKES OFFER PRIVATE GIG FOR GUITAR'S RETURN

British rockers BRAKES have promised to play a private concert in the home of anyone who provides information leading to the safe return of a guitar lost at the Glastonbury Festival in England last weekend (22-24Jun07). Guitarist Eamon Hamilton left his Gewa Tennessee Bluesbird instrument lying in the mud outside the Leftfield Tent at the festival in the early hours of Sunday (24Jun07) morning. Although the guitar - which was in a black case with a Bronze Ace microphone pick-up - isn't worth much money, it has huge sentimental value for Hamilton, who wrote many of Brakes songs on it. Anyone with any information regarding the missing instrument should contact the band's record label Rough Trade, reports website NME.com.
