BRAFF DOUBTS SCRUBS FUTURE
Funnyman ZACH BRAFF has cast doubt on the future of medical comedy SCRUBS when he leaves this year (06) - declaring "I think this is the last year". After six seasons playing DOCTOR JOHN 'JD' DORIAN, Braff recently told film magazine Premiere he was quitting to concentrate on his film career. Braff believes the show's production company Touchstone Television's rocky relationship with US broadcaster NBC could determine the program's demise. He tells movie website Moviehole.net, "I think this is the last year. Touchstone and NBC still hate each other and that doesn't bode well for a show that they both do."
