BRAFF BOOSTS INDIE ROCKERS ON NEW SOUNDTRACK

Actor/film-maker ZACH BRAFF has compiled the soundtrack for his latest film THE LAST KISS and hopes to replicate the success he had with the music for his directorial debut GARDEN STATE. Braff won a Best Compilation Soundtrack For A Motion Picture Grammy Award last year (FEB05) for Garden State, on which he served as the compilation producer. And Braff has now posted the song list for The Last Kiss soundtrack on his website. The disc - featuring songs by COLDPLAY, FIONA APPLE, RUFUS WAINWRIGHT, SNOW PATROL, RACHEL YAMAGATA and IMOGEN HEAP - is set for release on 9 August (06). The film, starring Braff, RACHEL BILSON and CASEY AFFLECK, will be released on 15 September (06).
